Our Four Pillars of Development

Technical Training

Our technical sessions focus on ball mastery, first touch, passing accuracy, dribbling under pressure, finishing, and small-group skill drills. Players practise in controlled environments and then transition to game-situations.

Tactical Training

We develop game intelligence, positional awareness, team dynamics, decision making, movement off the ball, and situational play. Through video review, tactical workshops and competitive matches, players enhance their understanding of the game at a higher level.

Physical Training

Our physical development includes strength and conditioning, speed training, agility, endurance, power, injury prevention and recovery protocols. We combine gym sessions, field drills and recovery routines to build durable athletes ready for high-intensity football.

Mental Training

The athletes are subjected to a well organised, proven and time tested program of FourLenses temperament intelligence assessment and post the assessment are given the tools to over come challenges which may arise from many internal and external factors during this course of program based on individual personality.
